3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure.

You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Service Availability and Maintenance

While we strive to provide continuous access to our Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it.

You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting our customer support team.

7. AI Credits and Usage

AI features require credits that are consumed with each analysis. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable. Unused credits may expire at the end of your subscription period.

We reserve the right to modify credit pricing and consumption rates with 30 days' notice to subscribers.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Do I Fit and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, but grant us a license to use, modify, and display such content as necessary to provide the Service.

9. Privacy Policy

10. Termination
